The magic, wonder, and joy at the simplest things reminds me of the true meaning of Christmas. This year, Lo has begun to really enjoy playing board games, going on scavenger hunts, and coming up with road trip games, so I thought it would be fun to create our own Christmas Bingo to play while we look at Christmas lights this year. How to Play Christmas Light Bingo It is easy to participate! Print off this Bingo Card and take a drive! Mark off what you see on your Bingo card & take a corresponding picture.

Driving around to look at Christmas lights is a tradition for my family, as I’m sure it is for many of yours. But this year we’re going to do something a bit different. We’re going to have a Christmas light scavenger hunt. My kids are beyond stoked.
I printed our cards today. Now, we just need to wait for a free night to give it a go.
Want to challenge your family to a Christmas light scavenger hunt? Just print a set of game cards (they’re free), and you’re good to go. There are four, bingo-style cards, and each one is different.
Since we’ll be playing in the car, I laminated our cards. This will allow us to use dry or wet erase markers on them.
If you decide to do this with your family, I’d love to hear how your scavenger hunt went.

I often get asked what paper I recommend. I really like this card stock paper on amazon. It is much cheaper than I have found in stores and has a good thickness for these projects without being so thick that it jams the printer.
